This form submission will be routed to the Property Manager. From there the violation will be confirmed and the violation notice process will begin.

What are the violation stages?

 

• Stage 1: Friendly Reminder Letter & Email (15 day cure period)
• Stage 2: Formal Notice Letter & Email (15 day cure period)
• Stage 3: $20 fine with a Letter & Email (60 day cure period)
• Stage 4: $150/Day fine with a Certified Letter & Email (30 day cure period)
